It’s already proven that exercise and movement release endorphins, which are our happy hormones. These happy hormones are also released when you get adjusted. In my 17+ years in practice, helping thousands of adults and children, the joy and state of calm I see in both is so rewarding. I see this instantly in a child as they let their body do the work. Their conscious brain hasn’t moved to the point of control as we have as adults. The results we get with both children and adults is astounding, but make sure you don’t “overthink” the process!
